Summary:The present investigation focused on the analysis of the teacher's management against the interculturality, knowing that the educational population is made up of a wide range of cultural diversity due to social, economic factors political, religious, among others that force families to migrate to places different from those of their origin, which demands the educational process a intercultural perspective that respects, values and takes advantage of this diversity for comprehensive training of all students. For this, a methodological approach was applied quantitative type, with a non-experimental research design through the application of direct observation and surveys to the teachers of the Fiscal School “Gustavo Iturralde” from the Parish of Tanicuchi during the 2018-2019 school year.
