Riassunto:The purpose of this research is to set up the "Designing of a Touristic Marketing Plan to enhance the touristic resources of Machachi Parish, located in Canton Mejia, Pichincha Province. Therefore the development of this research, three important aspects, were considered to identify the main features of the area and its surrounding by using the scheme macro and micro-localization, which permitted to get an effective situational analysis of the zone, supported by a SWOT analysis of Machachi. For the second aspect, a market study was generated through the analysis of the supply and demand in order to identify the preferences and needs of visitors who increase the touristic activity within the parish; surveys were applied taking in to account the Pichincha Province as the universe of study.
