Estudio del Plan de Manejo Ambiental del Proyecto de Restructuración y Mejoramiento del Sistema Lechero, Bodega de Herramientas y taller de Maquinaria Agrícola CEYPSA

The study case was carried out at Cotopaxi Technical University , in the project of restructuring and improvement of the dairy system, tools warehouse and agricultural machinery workshop "CEYPSA", which is located in the Eloy Alfaro parish in Latacunga city, being as main objective, the application of an environmental audit of compliance to the Environmental Management Plan , which was made based on the current environmental regulations, and at the same time an analysis was applied to each program of the Environmental Management Plan in the project, which allows us to disseminate the current situation in which environmental management is based on the results obtained after conducting the audit. First of all, was proceeded the diagnosis of the current project situation , for which was made, field trips, talks with the workers and bibliographic review to get the most relevant information of the project, after having finished the diagnosis began with the analysis of each of the programs stipulated in the Environmental Management Plan, through a Check-list, bibliographic review and field trips, which allowed getting data from the programs established in the Environmental Management Plan, in the which are not complied totally with what was established in the law. It was concluded with a minor non-conformities list (NC-) that are present in the Environmental Management Plan that has the project of restructuring and improvement of the dairy system, tools warehouse and agricultural machinery workshop "CEYSA
