Tilføj Tag | Summary: | The creation of the Molinera San Nicolas industry in the Latacunga canton constitutes an alternative, an economic and social opportunity for both the researcher and the inhabitants of the canton, in such a way that in order to determine the feasibility of the project, a market study was carried out. Through the application of a survey to potential clients through a google form, obtaining as a result the preference in consumption of corn, bean and wheat flour, likewise, it was consulted about the manufacture of a new machica flour, which did not have the expected acceptance. On the other hand, in the technical study the availability of resources for the execution of the project is identified, the micro location of the milling industry was analyzed in which it was determined that the El Chofer citadel located in Cañar and Azuay streets was the most suitable for having the highest score of 8.90 points, applying the quantitative method by points, the installed capacity that the plant would have for the production of broad bean, corn and wheat flour was calculated and finally, in the financial study it was shown that the project is profitable since there is a positive net present value of $ 1,569.74, the internal rate of return is 19.64% and the investment recovery period is 5 years, demonstrating that in economic terms the project is feasible. |
