Diseño de un sistema de evaluación de los estandares de gestión escolar, para mejorar la calidad de eduación de la Escuela Federico González Suárez del cantón Salcedo

The Education in our country is taking a very important role; quality education is in all the levels. The Ministry of Education through educational quality standards, directs to establish a general framework that will serve as guide for educational establishments. The researching was aimed at presenting a proposal for evaluating standards school management for the principals and teachers in Federico Gonzalez Suarez School, where a main objective was to analyze the theoretical and conceptual fundamentals of the standards of school management for evaluation. In developing the proposal described work to achieve an excellent understanding of school management standards, it was carried out under a descriptive methodology, framed from the perspective projective and according to the prospective study. As for the sample was composed of five directors, thirty-two teachers and ninety-two students. Referring to the techniques used it was a data collection and surveys, latter by applying a questionnaire, used the results obtained are presented qualitatively in the design of an evaluation system standards school management in principals and teachers. Finally give an application and validation of the proposal with its various conclusions and recommendations.
