Shrnutí:The general objective of the present investigation was to design a model of administrative management for the associations of agricultural production in La Maná, province of Cotopaxi, which emerged as an alternative solution to the scarce planning in the administrative area; to meet the implementation of the proposed objectives there used the types of research: descriptive, field, bibliographic and research methods: analytical, synthetic, inductive and deductive through techniques such as the applied census to partners and interviews to the directors of the agricultural associations APAP, ASOPAGUA and ASOPROMONCA in order to gather information on the current situation of administrative management in the associations, and subsequently to carry out the SWOT matrix with their respective weightings that allowed to define the existence of weaknesses such as deficiency in the leadership, the lack of a role manual, a low rate of training for partners; so also the design of flow charts of the macro administrative processes, which will give a greater emphasis to the administrative management. The model of administrative management by processes was composed of six components that consist of strategies such as: the approach to clients through the designation of a committee of attention to the partners, the approach of leadership processes with an exposition of the requirements of the Person leading in the associations, the participation of the personnel will be realized through the design of the structural organization chart and the functions manual; in addition the strategies of the 5S were raised to obtain a continuous improvement where the main beneficiaries will constitute the managers and partners of the agricultural associations of the canton La Maná.
