Sumari:The prototype of the rubber cutting machine aims to give a second use to the tires, specifically those of rim 13 that are the most consumed in the automotive market, since these after having fulfilled their useful life on the road are often discarded to the environment irresponsibly causing a lot of contamination by the materials of which it is constituted, with engineering techniques and through this prototype that will generate little quantity, it is intended to take the first steps for future studies that will be of great help to create a machine of larger dimensions and capacity to take advantage of this resource of the tires that every user who has a vehicle after having completed its useful life seeks to get rid of, with the implementation of this system that practically cuts the tire using spherical blades, leaving it in a strip of dimensions width already established, since it is a part of the tire recycling process, at the end of the production process it is aspired to achieve by means of the other prototypes what is the rubber granulate and rubber powder, in the same way this final product as raw material is very versatile for future use in different industries such as those that manufacture buffers used in avenues, this prototype will directly benefit the students of the Technical University of Cotopaxi - La Maná Extension of the Electromechanical Engineering Major, this being the first step for future research that will be carried out to include larger scale of tires with larger dimensions.
