LTDA., from Salcedo city, Cotopaxi province, specifically in the production area, which is responsible for packaging soft drinks of different presentations. The factory is constantly growing and deals with problems that impact its efficiency, units produced, long times necessary to change the presentation of bottles in the Triblock machine and the lack of preventive maintenance on the machines and equipment of the production line. This situation leads to a decrease in production and as a result in economic income. Therefore, the objective of this research is the growth of units produced in the production area of the “AMBASODAS CIA” factory. LTDA. |
