Since 2010, laws, regulations, executive decrees, agreements and other documents were launched with regard to apply the New Management Model, this act has caused uncertainty and concern among teachers because there is not enough available information. This study refers to the qualitative and quantitative approach whose data will be taken from reality, its analysis involves teachers´ qualities which is related to current educational trends.
