It began with the investigation of bibliographical sources by referring to our problem of study. What importance does the motivation have in the classroom during learning teaching process? It will support the proposed investigation. We start by establishing the general objetive to diagnose how the motivation influences in the classroom with in the learning teaching process Which will be an index of marking the research that where to direct the problem, the same, having coherence and relevant relationship throughout the devolopment of the project. The scientific and technical foundation was developed taking as reference several authors, scientific articles, net graphic articles, among other. The same concern us to discuss why disastrous act of the teacher and the student, to know its causes and consequences, such us social, educational, familiar that have influenced the development of teaching and learning of the student. All reference were taken as a key point to verify the reason for the limited practice of motivation in the classroom during learning teaching process. That a way to know methodological strategies that help strengthen both the teaching and learning of the main actors into classroom. The methodology of this project was based on a positivist and interpretative paradigm; they issued information that will be a source of analysis and discussion. In addition they determine characteristics, principles, customs and attitudes of the human. The quantitative – qualitative approach was taken into account. In this Project techniques and strategies were established by strengthen in the teachers and students into practice of the motivation within the classroom. It is also necessary to mention, the research is a descriptive, diagnostic and field type by applying the historical, analytical, dialectical and statistical method, they generated to make the respective instrument such as the survey it issued relevant data about the motivation in the classroom during the teaching – learning process. Finally it is concluded making the relevant conclusions and recommendations. |
