Resumo:The objective of this technological work is to develop a PID control system to measure the electrical parameters of a DC motor in the four quadrants. For this purpose, a specialized DC controller has been used and the system has been integrated through an industrial network using the PROFINET communication protocol. A SIMATIC HMI interface with a Siemens KTP400 display screen was developed to facilitate interaction with the system. In this interface, the monitoring of variables such as voltage, current, speed and the behavior of each interconnected device in a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) is shown in real time. The implementation of the industrial communication protocol was necessary to connect the devices allowing a control and monitoring of the electrical parameters of the DC motor.
