Consequently the general objective assumed is: to define, starting from a holistic focus of the rural development, the juridical bases to keep in mind so that the Agrarian Company in Ecuador is guided toward the Sustainable Rural Development. |

Consequently the general objective assumed is: to define, starting from a holistic focus of the rural development, the juridical bases to keep in mind so that the Agrarian Company in Ecuador is guided toward the Sustainable Rural Development.En estos últimos años la agricultura ecuatoriana experimentó significativos procesos de transformación de sus estructuras productivas, características demográficas, ecológicas, sociales y culturales, sin embargo se aprecia un leve crecimiento económico asociado a acertadas políticas públicas y al desarrollo de la industria del petróleo; por lo que se considera de gran importancia el perfeccionamiento de la actual legislación encaminada a implementar programas de apoyo del gobierno en beneficio del agro ecuatoriano, con especial referencia a la Empresa Agraria como sujeto gestor de dichos cambios, con vistas a un desarrollo factible económicamente, sostenible ecológicamente y aceptable socialmente .
