| Özet: | The research project is aimed at evaluating the efficiency of the production line at the Aprodemag plant; with the production of fresh cheese, which presents different problems such as downtime and bottlenecks, hindering the efficiency of productivity; therefore, it can be identified that there is no standardization in its activities. In addition, the production line of machinery is not the most appropriate because it presents delays, with it the low productivity thus losing space in the market and its competitiveness. The evaluation of the efficiency in the production line of the Aprodemag plant was carried out with own information collected from the first day to evaluate from the current state of the plant applying the different knowledge and types of research. For this reason the field research was carried out in the plant to know its status, identify the processes and products that they elaborate, with this it allowed the realization of a flowchart of the different processes allowing the development of KPIS, the calculations of time and man - machine to verify the productivity of the current plant. Through the identification of the faults it was possible to fulfill all the activities proposed by the association with the help of the cause - effect diagram. The distribution of the machinery and the design of the plant are the two points that are determined for the balancing of lines which must be carried out a restructuring of the machinery to obtain the best results for productivity, to increase the efficiency of the line, for this reason the implementation of a machine is proposed. To carry out the inverse diagram several solutions could be arrived at for the process of the elaboration of the fresh cheese to finalize the research project the proposals of the improvements were made, with the design of the plant of the improvements layout in AutoCAD for a better visualization this will allow the efficiency of the production line. In addition, forecasts were made that allow us to observe that the trend is positive for the future of the plant |
