The aim is to reintegrate people who are at risk, the same that will provide timely and adequate care, for which the research was applied as the survey instruments and observation, establishing there begging in city Latacunga. With respect to the results it was found that there is a moderate number of homeless in the city, showing that it is very necessary to change the image of our county as this issue is of great concern to the community. |
