Шошго нэмэх | Тойм: | The project's scientific question is: How to reconfigure the cultural identity in the Santán neighborhood where the existing sociocultural practices are unknown, nor do they integrate a cultural management program for local development? it constitutes the research problem. This research aimed to support the design and implementation of a cultural management program through social and cultural practices as a strategic resource for cultural identity and local development. These are specified to elaborate a conceptual framework on cultural management through social practices as a strategic resource for reconfiguring local cultural identity. It is configuring a proposal for a cultural management program to resize cultural identity based on social practice, validating the cultural management program designed through consultation with experts and users to ensure its effectiveness in the public recognition of identity. These purposes provided the epistemological support that relates sociocultural practices with the reconfiguration of cultural identity. The cultural phenomenon as an understanding of cultural policies makes the heterogeneity of messages a possibility of coexistence where identity adopts a pluricultural character. This understanding demands a local development management model whose generating principle is the social transformation of the community. The change is achieved through complex systems of action that are invested and subjected to social and historical challenges and where beliefs, customs, and values are manifested to answer the questions related to the constructivist and deconstructivist evaluation of cultural identity in the Santán neighborhood Ignacio Flores parish. |
