| Тойм: | This investigation allowed to determine the costs of production, marketing and profitability that is generated in large, medium and small companies in beef cattle in Guasaganda parish in 2011. In order to collect information, it was necessary to apply the technique of the survey conducted to owners and merchants. Through this, it was determined that they do not have an adequate control of expenses, so this activity is carried out by the experience they have and not by making a budget for the breeding of cattle; in fact they do it so empirically. It was essential to carry out this investigation in order to provide information which enables the producer to know what the real profitability generated by this business is. According to this, they can take decisions to provide them a better profit because the support of the family depends on this activity. The result of the information is clear, reliable, and timely in owners making decisions which will improve the management of economic resources, living standards, and protection of the assets of the company. |
