Tóm tắt:The Integrating project current work, entitled: "Pulping Machine Technological Applications in Agroindustrial Transformation Processes", it focuses on the knowledge acquisition and application about the pulping machine maintenance and optimal use, located in the fruit and vegetable laboratory from Agroindustry carcer from Cotopaxi Technical University. With the purpose by training the students from Career in the existing machinery precise and efficient use in the laboratory, it was carried a bibliographical widen investigation, and it was elaborated a pulping machine operating manual. This manual includes precise and detailed instructions about the pulping machine optimal use, the detailed description its components, and the maintenance several types required, by including the routine, predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance. The pulping machine is a 304 stainless steel equipment, with a 100 kg /h capacity, it designed to be resistant to corrosion and for working with 110 volts. The got practices results, through the machine use have met the desired standards, which, by the puling machine use, it gets the main raw material, the pulp, which it can be made several varieties products, such as wine, fruit jam and tomato sauce, which this project provides a detailed focus about the machine technological application in the agro-industrial transformation processes.
