Zusammenfassung:The objective of this research is to design a strategic digital communication plan for the SMEs of Ambato in the Picaihua Parish, in such a way that the set objectives are achieved and the company obtains greater recognition and profitability in society. Nowadays, companies are able to highlight competition by giving an acceptable economic increase, generating an expansion of their reach to a larger audience and to new locations, that is the reason why this imperative need to communicate, to transmit to the outside and inside in a methodical and systematic way arises, through the right planning, and after a prior analysis of those environmental circumstances that could influence the process. Fundamentally, a strategic communication plan which can produce benefits related to the ability to carry out more efficient management, freeing up human and material resources, as well as promoting the participation of the recipient, so that they intervene directly in the process.
