Add Tag | Summary: | The present work is dedicated to the realization of the study of the manufacturing process of concrete blocks in the Materiales de La Construcción de Pinar del Río, the same one that has as primordial objective, the analysis of the production of concrete block, for that which a deep study was developed with the purpose of to identify the factors of deficiency in the process and to propose solutions for the optimization of the same one. The contribution of the present study, resides in pursuit of the process of production of the concrete block, to identify the flaws along the process and subsequently to carry out corrections, that they will allow that the process is more efficient enhanced the production of the same one. After the study it was obtained as a result that the main problem of the process is the lack of physical space that is causing that the factory of concrete blocks this being exploited alone to 61% of its installed capacity. With the proposal of solution of the restrictive point the bottle neck is eliminated making that the block manufacturing process is more efficient. |
