| description | The CIAUTO CIA. LTDA., company is responsible for the assembly and import of Chinese vehicles of different ranges. Among them are brands such as: Haval, Soueast, Wingle, SHINERAY, GLORY, among others. These brands have gained increased demand, so an adequate stick supply is needed to meet the required production peaks. Thus, problems have been identified,such as the lack of handling the traceability of components, delay in line loading times, the increase in labor costs and lack of productive efficiency for the company. This project focused on implementing an efficient system for transporting Completed Known Disassembled (CKD) components to assembly line stations using a disused electric car that in turn is provided by the supplier area. The development of the proposal took about 8 months, o time in which the Waterfall methodology has been used to determine the requirements of the system, design and validate it, also relying on descriptive and exploratory research. Once the respective validation has been carried out it has been determined that the transport system of line load by using the electric car, would save CIAUTO USD 54,98 in the production process and also having a decrease of 540 minutes in working hours and will increase the production of an additional monthly unit in the brand SHINERAY and eight units in Great Wall. Finally, the execution of this project allowed to demonstrate a feasible option for the improvement of the productive process in CIAUTO CIA. LTDA. |

LTDA., se encarga del ensamble e importación de vehículos chinos de diferentes gamas. Entre ellas se encuentra marcas como: Haval, Soueast, Wingle, SHINERAY, GLORY, entre otras. Estas marcas han ganado mayor demanda, por lo cual es necesario un abastecimiento de stock adecuado para cumplir los picos de producción requeridos. Así se han identificado problemas, como la falta manejo de la trazabilidad de los componentes, demora en los tiempos de carga de línea, incremento de costos en mano de obra y falta de eficiencia productiva para la empresa. Este proyecto enfocado a implementar un sistema eficiente de transporte de componentes Completed Known Disassembled (CKD), hacia las estaciones de la línea de ensamble empleando un coche eléctrico en desuso que a su vez lo dispone el área de abastecimientos. El desarrollo de la propuesta tomo alrededor de 8 meses, tiempo en el que se ha utilizado la metodología Waterfall para determinar los requerimientos del sistema, diseñarlo y validarlo, apoyándose también en la investigación descriptiva y exploratoria. Una vez realizada la validación respectiva se ha determinado que el sistema de transporte de carga de línea mediante el uso del coche eléctrico, ahorraría a CIAUTO USD 54,98 en el proceso productivo y teniendo además una disminución de 540 minutos en horas de trabajo operativas e incrementará la producción de una unidad mensual adicional en la marca SHINERAY y ocho unidades en Great Wall. Finalmente, la ejecución de este proyecto, permitió demostrar una opción factible para la mejora del proceso productivo en CIAUTO CIA. LTDA.Ecuador. Latacunga.
