Итог:In the present research it was made a quick detailed analysis about the application of educational law in students meaninful learning, from fourth year to seventh year of basic education, at “Augustin Alban” school in Pujili. The Legal Educational Framework is moving towards educational excellence by establishing the necessary conditions for achieving the good life in the community by organizing a new model of educational management; it is established as a primary instrument for the country's progress. Educational legislation is the process of civic education and integral development of society, and the state has the right and responsibility to guide and teach moralities, values and good attitudes in students. The Legal Educational Framework, as a body of laws governing public powers government, contributes to work in both administrative and pedagogical ambits as a holistic vision to direct its attention to current regulations by updating management referring to the legal part of education. This influences the educational process and considers that the school community should be governed by laws and regulations established within the institution. Education, which is a right of all people, requires achieving real results within society. This involves achieving a good student learning, relating prior knowledge to new knowledge. This is how the student learns, from the positive, analytical, and thoughtful way. In this way, people interact actively, helping to solve problems at any stage of their life.
