Propuesta de optimización de un sistema de producción para el mejoramiento de los procesos en la empresa Prosergraf ubicada en la parroquia de Uyumbicho.

This research project was carried out at the Prosergraf company located in Pichincha province, Mejía canton in the Uyumbicho parish, and is based on the development of a proposal to optimize a production system for the improvement of processes in the PROSERGRAF company. Design and advertising material service, the company under study is dedicated to the design and production of advertising material. The general objective was to identify the production processes and the data collection of the company that was part in the assimilation of the activities that are executed throughout the process, it was elaborated a secondary objective the standardized process diagram and together with the method of analysis of production times and movements, It will be validated how the company is working currently, once the respective information has been raised, an optimization is proposed in the production areas, especially in the areas of THERMOFORMING, DIE-CUTTING, BLISTERING. Since the company is dedicated to the area of design and graphic services, the company produces to order and there is a wide catalog of products that it offers to clients according their likes, which products and processes are standardized at the three production areas and use the method of time and motion once the analysis results the current vs process will compare the new process thanks to this established areas will help us a better way for the proposal of our project which aims to help optimize company time and as one of the most promising results should optimization in the manufacturing time of the product packaging and optimized time may be used in other areas or orders the customer’s needs and to fulfill purchase orders.
