Tóm tắt:The present research project aims to determine the level of performance in the company Aropianic S.A. for the development of strategies which will contribute to the improvement of performance and job performance by strengthening some important points such as motivation, training, job satisfaction and job skills in itself until reaching to a good result of the given productivity. The methodology used to obtain the data was the quantitative approach in which real data could be obtained and collected, on the other part, as a data collection technique, a survey of the Performance Scale was conducted Individual validated by Gabini and Salessi, to the 18 employees of the company, and they were diagnosed each of the factors giving a general average of 59% giving as a point of poor analysis for performance. What a percentage weighting analysis was done of the first factor which is the performance to the task with 62% identifying shortcomings such as lack of initiative, knowledge and skills to carry out with time and effort the tasks, the second factor is counterproductive behaviors with 52% identifying failures in communication between managers and employees, and the third factor is the performance in context with 63% identifying flaws in planning in entrusted activities. A direct positive correlation was found and consequently reflects a certain link in each of the variables in terms of performance being the result reached the value of 0.467 which indicates that the work performance currently exists, it directly influences the productivity of the company, that is, if the performance labor increases business productivity in the same way. So the strategies will be prepared through the results and based on the human talent management model of the author Chiavenato which was executed a new model adapted for the proposal that consist of six processes such as: incorporate, place, develop, reward and monitor the personnel, which consist of sub-processes such as: recruitment and selection, orientation personnel, job design, performance evaluation, remuneration and incentives, benefits and services, training and development of people, the quality of life of the workers and administrative information systems. Which are indispensable for improve the internal and external conditions of the organization and if it is in charge of studying everything related to human talent and contribution to the value of the company which influence directly on staff performance and results.
