Resumo:This study purpose is to determine the body movement incidence in children physical well-being, taking into account that nowadays physical activity takes a back seat, since some children do little physical activity, since the technological era dominates today's world, in addition, a sedentary lifestyle is part of our lives, which is why the two research variables were analyzed in students in the fifth year of General Basic Education, relating it to educational activities and spaces. For this purpose, a qualitative approach methodology was used, in which the realities of both the teacher and students of this institution were collected, analyzed and interpreted. Likewise, different methods were applied, such as the scientific method, because it starts from a problem, which is studied until a solution is determined through the established scientific questions, the same, another method was incorporated, such as the inductive method, and along with it, research types such as qualitative, descriptive and documentary were handled. To establish the incidence of the two research variables, the interview technique was applied with its instrument, the interview guide, which allows collecting data or important information for the researchers from the subjects to be interviewed, which were a teacher and the students of the fifth year. The information obtained was analyzed and interpreted and the results show that applying body movement to children in the classroom helps their concentration, since performing stretching or movement exercises before, during or after academic activities allows children to free themselves a little from their educational responsibilities, motivating them to learn and participate in the classroom, since these exercises fill them with energy and relax them.
