Propuesta de creación de un lodge en el centro turístico Laguna de Quilotoa.

The business plan has a goal is to know the feasibility of a creating lodge in Laguna de Quilotoa. The market study is the result of information compilation that can be obtained from place. It helps to analyze the supply and tourists demand. Also, this action lets determining if the Lodge will be success. Likewise, it analyzes the characteristics that tourists and competition have. In the same way, the impact that the business could have on the market. A survey was applied in order to identify the tourists’ preferences choosing a place to stay. The technical study helped to know the size and capacity of the project. Therefore, an investigation is carried out of the requirements that are needed for the correct functioning of the Lodge, its macro and micro location, the place characteristics, size and project capacity. This study shows: lodge needs, the amount and monetary values that are needed. These features were a support to carry out the financial study. As a last point, it has the financial one. This study benefits to know the ability of the Lodge to be sustainable, viable and profitable over time. On the other side, this study analyzed and ordered the information obtained from the previous studies in order to evaluate and thus determine its profitability, and allows to define all the elements of support that the project needs to be economically maintained, as a purpose it has the monetary results, which serve to analyze if the project. Finally, there is the project evaluation to determine if the project is feasible or not.
