Despite the gender equality policies implemented in the bank, inequalities persist in the distribution of leadership roles and opportunities between men and women. The research focused on Bank employees and a type of quantitative and descriptive research was applied to analyze numerical data. In the development of the research, the Hersey and Blanchard Situational Leadership Test was used to corroborate the independent variable of female leadership, for job performance, information was obtained from the data of the job performance evaluation of the financial institution. |
