A pesar de las políticas de igualdad de género implementadas en la entidad bancaria, persisten desigualdades en la distribución de roles y oportunidades de liderazgo entre hombres y mujeres. La investigación se centró en los colaboradores del Banco y se aplicó un tipo de investigación cuantitativa y descriptiva para analizar datos numéricos.
