Περίληψη:This article allows to determine the relationship between accidents and occupational illnesses caused by working conditions and environmental media where the activities of company employees originate Flores Santa Monica. The technical management established in international conventions such as Resolution 957 "Regulations of the Andean Instrument on Safety and Health at Work" and our law stipulate that companies must implement a Safety Management System and Health meets the: 1. Identification of risk factors 2. Evaluation of risk factors 3. Control of risk factors 4. Follow-up control measures. The methodologies that were used to identify factors of physical and mechanical risks are established by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (INSHT) of Spain, the evaluation of risk factors, allowed the comparison of standards national and international with the values obtained certificates and competent personnel who run noise measurements, lighting, thermal stress by cooling and heat equipment. With the results we proceeded to develop, programs, procedures, records in order to train, sensitize workers on the prevention and control standards to the physical and mechanical risks. Compliance training programs, maintenance, use of Personal Protective Equipment, Health surveillance, will measure the commitment of management, managers, supervisors and operational personnel maintain safe, accident-free work and diseases.
