| Shrnutí: | The field of control and industrial automation has been established more frequently in large facilities as the manufacture of automobiles, electrical and thermal power stations, however in the area of small and medium enterprises is in process of development. The solution developed for control and automation of industrial installations are little flexible and specific to each one of them. This project sought to make visible the viability of the practice of automation through a training module with the PLC S7-1200 for the automatic control of a hydraulic system of sealed boxes. The main advantages of the implementation was the reduction of costs, quality and safety as well as the increase of the academic level of students in the career of electromechanical engineering from the Technical University of Cotopaxi The present study relied on automation taking into account that it is a process of design by the exploitation of systems that employ and combine the ability of machines to perform tasks and control sequences of operation without human intervention. The software developed for this purpose received data from electronic devices located in the training module, these data refer to the different parameters that determine the state of the hydraulic system of sealed boxes. With this much data system, in automatic mode, as a student, they have information that allowed them to relate theoretical knowledge with practical real time. |
