| description | The computer tool of management system focused on reliability (SISGEC), allows performing reliability index analysis established by the ARCONEL in the current regulation. For this purpose, SISGEC has the necessary resources that allow registering in a database the failure events and network interruptions with a subsequent analysis of the mentioned events to be able to determine the state of the electrical system at each point of the network, as well as at the feeder level. Additionally, the application has a special section with a geographic information system (GIS), where the components of the distribution network can be projected geographically as well as the information of the indexes previously calculated for the projected network component, it allows a more localized analysis that provides relevant information to the administrator who can plan a possible maintenance in the points of the network where the reliability indices are outside the limits allowed by the regulation. The importance of its performance in the reliability analysis support SISGEC provides alternatives in decision making for future planning. |

The importance of its performance in the reliability analysis support SISGEC provides alternatives in decision making for future planning.La herramienta informática de sistema de gestión enfocado a confiabilidad (SISGEC), permite realizar análisis de los índices de confiabilidad que establece el ARCONEL en la regulación vigente (CONELEC 007/01), como el TTIK, FMIK y ENS. Para este propósito SISGEC, dispone de los recursos necesarios que permite registrar en una base de datos los eventos de fallas e interrupciones de la red y con un análisis posterior de los eventos mencionados poder determinar el estado del sistema eléctrico en cada punto de la red, como también a nivel de alimentador. Adicionalmente la aplicación posee un apartado especial con un sistema de información geográfico (GIS), donde se pueden proyectar geográficamente los componentes de la red de distribución como también la información de los índices previamente calculados para componente de la red proyectada, esto permite realizar un análisis más localizado, que provee información relevante al administrador con el cual puede planificar un posible mantenimiento en los puntos de la red donde los índices de confiabilidad estén fuera de los límites permitidos por la regulación.
