Resumo:The purpose of this research work was to develop a business plan for the launch of a site dedicated to the commercialization of nutritional lunches at home, for this purpose a quantitative research approach, bibliographic and field research was used. For the collection of information, among the techniques was the survey applied to the owners of the nutritional food businesses to know the offer, and the survey applied to the population to determine the degree of acceptance of the product, which was 66%. The sample was 375 families, according to INEC data. Among the results, the market study showed an acceptance of 66% by the population, an offer of 36,624 units that covers 39% of all existing demand in the canton, the monthly sales plan was 1,040, and 12,480 annually. The technical study made it possible to identify the size of the project which represents 39% of the unsatisfied demand existing in the canton, within the organizational structure, the mission, vision, values, policies, organizational chart of the company as well as the respective manual are defined. of functions for each of the positions. The economic study shows an investment in fixed assets of $10,466.42, for financing a loan was obtained from Ban Ecuador with an interest rate of 10.36% capitalized over 2 years, the expenses for the first year were $1,723.88, the sales plan Estimated is 12,480 nutritional foods at $3.75 giving an income of $46,800.00, the break-even point $30,906.27. The income statement estimates a net income of $4,425.34. Regarding the financial indicators, a WAAC of 7.13% is obtained, which means that the project is profitable as long as this value is exceeded by the IRR, the Net Present Value is 37,107.54 and the Internal Rate of Return is 79.49%, which indicates that the project is economically viable and financially profitable.
