Lisää tagi | Yhteenveto: | This research is based on the training of an alternative program guidance intended for parents to solve weaknesses as is the lack of responsibility in child care and the implementation of social and educational activities to strengthen children comprehensive development under de age of three years in the "Growing with Our children" modality. In this study was considered theoretical aspects from concepts, functions, methods, techniques and resources. For the construction of the proposal it was deemed necessary a field research in which different techniques were used as a survey and the interview was taken into account the needs of children, mothers, parents relatives and educators of CNH mode. Based on this perspective it became known that should be design a program and a guide aimed at training parents to enhance responsibility and strengthen comprehensive child development of children activities. Faced with this situation in the thesis, are encouraged to perform a dynamic work to benefit boys and girls from zero to thirty-six months. Finally, the implementation of the workshop ultimately led to strengthen the knowledge of parents, who raised awareness about the role played by each of them and the active involvement for comprehensive child development of their children. The current investigation, once the problem is solved was directly reflected in the beneficiaries such as children, parents and educators "Growing with Our Children" mode (CNH.) Of Latacunga, Saquisilí Canton district. |
