In order to know the real situation of the company, quantitative research was used, with a deductive approach, with the support of techniques and instruments of information collection, a documentary investigation was carried out helping in the process of search, compilation, analysis, criticism and interpretation of data from secondary sources and field research for the collection of direct data, through instruments such as the direct observation sheet, evidencing economic activities and the interview directed to the owner, the data collected were stored in different physical and digital media, to then to be analyzed, the same ones that allowed the realization of the approach, formulation of the problem and the justification of the objective of the project, with this we proceed to present the proposal for the design of an Agricultural Accounting System, making known the scope, delimitation of the project and the beneficiaries of it. For this purpose, several activities are planned and executed according to the specific objectives detailed in this document, the main ones being: The scientific technical foundation, giving theoretical support on agricultural accounting and related subjects; Determination of source documents within the production process through the financial diagnosis of the company, which facilitated obtaining documents from each stage of the process of agricultural accounting of the company; and the Accounting System approach supported by an accounting cycle, based on accounting standards such as NIC41, NIC16, NIIF for PYMES: Section 34, as a result, the financial statements could be structured according to the reality of the finance, which will allow controlling and making decisions . At the end, the analysis and discussion of the results are presented, detailing the technical, social and economic impacts and the recommendations for the project beneficiary. |

At the end, the analysis and discussion of the results are presented, detailing the technical, social and economic impacts and the recommendations for the project beneficiary.El presente proyecto integrador tiene como objetivo general el diseño de un Sistema Contable Agropecuario para la Hacienda San Luis, ubicada en la parroquia Cusubamba, con la finalidad de poder satisfacer las necesidades de control interno de todas las actividades económicas agrícolas desarrolladas dentro de la hacienda, permitiendo al propietario efectuar medidas de una manera más oportuna en cuanto al mejoramiento de la producción. Para conocer la situación real de la empresa se utilizó la investigación cuantitativa, con enfoque deductivo, con el apoyo de técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de información, se realizó una investigación documental ayudando en el proceso de búsqueda, recopilación, análisis, crítica e interpretación de datos de fuentes secundarias e investigación de campo para el levantamiento de datos directos, a través de instrumentos como la ficha de observación directa, evidenciando las actividades económicas y la entrevista dirigida al propietario, los datos recolectados fueron almacenados en diferentes medios físicos y digitales, para luego ser analizados, los mismos que permitieron la realización del planteamiento, formulación del problema y la justificación del objetivo del proyecto, con ello se procede a exponer la propuesta del diseño de un Sistema de Contabilidad Agropecuaria, dando a conocer los alcances, delimitación del proyecto y los beneficiarios del mismo. Para este propósito se planifica y ejecuta varias actividades acordes a los objetivos específicos detallados en este documento, siendo las principales: La fundamentación técnica científica, dando sustento teórico sobre la contabilidad agropecuaria y asignaturas afines; determinación de documentos fuentes dentro del proceso productivo a través del diagnóstico financiero de la empresa, que facilitó obtener documentos de cada etapa del proceso de la contabilidad agropecuaria de la empresa; y el planteamiento del Sistema Contable apoyadas por un ciclo contable, basados por normas contables como NIC41, NIC16, NIIF para PYMES: Sección 34, como resultado se pudo estructurar los estados financieros acorde a la realidad de la hacienda, que permitirá controlar y tomar decisiones.
