Diseño de un conjunto de estrategias para mejorar el proceso de formación académica y desempeño laboral de los egresados de la especialidad Administración Financiera del Instituto Tecnológico Superior "LaManá".

This work was focused on the academic and performance of graduates in Financial Management specialty of the Superior Technological Institute “La Mana”. This process is still a problem in educational center of technological formation because of there are not jobless opportunities whit this approach. As a response to this situation, it is important to include this component as a significant part in designing the institutional strategic plan to graduate the objectives of quality and social accountability the problem to be salved is: What is the relationship between academic training and job performance of graduates in Financial Management Specialty of Superior Technological Institute “La Mana” during 2005 - 2010? The main objectives is to compare received academic training and job performance of graduates trough the investigation to improve the formative process. The methodology used is the investigation by applying the feasible project, to make more available a practical model that allows solving the indentified problems after a diagnostic based on theoretical basis. It was used the documentary research for data collect the survey whit it is respective instrument whit a Likert format; the processing of empirical information was done by using the techniques of descriptive static. Excel was applied to elaborated statistical tables and graphs; the same results were the basis for drawing conclusions and recommendations to give a proposal of solutions to the studied problem.
