Označite | Izvleček: | This research report was conducted at the Technical University of Cotopaxi, Extension La Maná which general objectives were to determine the influence of the Technical University of Cotopaxi in student cultural and artistic development of the Canton La Maná, as well as to design an arts management proposal that allow articulate a set of strategies to guide the function of linking with society to preserve, maintain and disseminate art and culture in the Canton La Mana. Among the specific objectives we sought to: Identify the main demands in the field of artistic and cultural diffusion in the areas of influence of the Technical University of Cotopaxi. Determine the causes and effects that influence the development of artistic activities as part of community outreach. Investigate the conceptual framework for the elaboration of the proposal. Design the proposal to be implemented at the Technical University of Cotopaxi. Assess the feasibility of the project proposal to enhance the artistic diffusion in the canton. The analysis of the surveys allowed determining the limitations of the Department for Liaison with the society of the Technical University of Cotopaxi, Extension La Mana, with regard to the development of artistic activities; besides ther is not a macro planning to guide activities in this department. Also it does not have the appropriate infrastructure to foster artistic development. Therefore a proposal was designed in order to create a space for training and continuing education in the disciplines of traditional and contemporary music and dance, which involves receiving folk and contemporay dance techniques and improvisation, music, theater and creation. In addition, it seeks to complement the leadership training workshops and training, with emphasis on the human aspect of the participants, which in turn will contribute to the strengthening of a proactive and participatory society. |
