Shrnutí:Planning in the design stage for the update or implementation of technological infrastructure must address the four vectors of change; These are: sustainability, intelligence, innovation and industrialization. Industry 4.0 and one of its pillars, the fundamental Industrial Internet of Things IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things), have triggered the converging digital revolution in industry, facilitating the evolution from analog to digital. Currently the equipment and devices are equipped to allow connection and interaction with the IP internet protocol; that is, they are interconnected via a LAN network, based on the IP protocol. Thanks to this, equipment and devices can be intelligently managed, developing innumerable technological possibilities for local and remote control and communication of commercial and industrial plants, and in this case, of the sports stage lighting system. This requires a necessary study to update technological knowledge and facilitate integration and interaction with corporate and industrial LAN networks. The correct planning and adequate design of the intelligent lighting system of the “La Cocha” municipal stadium; It focuses on following standards and applying good practices that guarantee the future of digital infrastructure and structured copper and fiber optic cabling, which will be part of the technological ecosystem. This is a current reality that can be touched, designed and planned, in short, towards a more electric, connected and intelligent world.
