| Resumo: | Next, it is proposed to carry out the study of the surveys, since through these relevant information was obtained from different companies or businesses, in such a way that it was possible to segment into various economic activities, taking into account only the activities with the greatest participation. Within this segmentation, a division of SMEs and micro SMEs was achieved depending on the number of workers, after these surveys an analysis of knowledge and acceptance of the program was carried out, which had positive and negative results, based on this we proceeded to take into account the positive results and thus carry out the respective selection analysis for the case study. As a result, the long-awaited optimization was achieved through the use of the chatbot implemented in Ferretería Sáenz, which managed to reduce the time of purchase and sale, made the consumer aware of the products, promotions and offers that said business possesses, further improving the customer service and informs its clientele that there are different ways of buying and selling. It is concluded that the application of the program can not only generate more income, but also encourages other companies or businesses to renew themselves and use technology in their favor. The end of the creation of the chatbot was due to the events caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, where every company or business had a significant loss due to the mandatory quarantine, as a result of this, the issue of online shopping had a resounding success, for this reason it was decided to use chatbots to keep the buying and selling process afloat, so that the consumer can continue placing their orders through this program, but always guaranteeing customer satisfaction |
