Niloticus were selected, establishing two treatment groups of 150 animals each classified according to their sex, with an initial weight T0 (males): 58.86 grams and T1 (females) 58.86. These were according to their diet in treatments, being distributed as follows: T0 (males); control with 100% A balanced food and T1 (females); 50% balanced food-50% achojcha dehydrated 30%. The comparison of the results were the following: it was analyzed that at the end of the investigation the average weight per animal was: for the T0 treatment with an average weight of the biomass of 11612gr with an average weight gain of 397gr / week, compared to the T1 with an average biomass weight of 11554gr, with an average weight gain of 389gr / week.
