Being public opinion builders, generates spaces for citizen participation, because the broadcasting is uncharged for the to send messages, in order to give meaning to what is enunciated and transmitted, both in everyday life and in culture. It gets permanence and impact in society. It is important to mention that a fundamental aspect in Ecuador's organic communication law is to promote public policy measures to guarantee intercultural relations between smaller communities, communities, peoples and nationalities. That is, to motivate and keep the basic lines of our identity, without changing or fabricating a story that suits our interests, desires or ideology. A conservation attitude must be maintained in order to offer people a historical awareness, and to rescue their cultural heritage, their spirit, values, motivations, beliefs, to exchange new approaches, because identity is not done through behaviours, and it is not divided into halves, places or zones rather the identity takes all the elements that humanity creates, so the project is focussed within the historical and intercultural field, because it Strengthens our identity from Latacunga, and promotes research…. |
