Description
Summary:The Ecuadorian government has an instrument for the execution of the public policy as a basic priority for the orderly management of finances so it is necessary to investigate the budget execution in relation to the fulfillment of institutional objectives, for which it was necessary to set a general objective where we saw the need to analyze the budget execution in relation to the fulfillment of the objectives in the Hospital General de Latacunga, Cotopaxi province, Latacunga canton, period 2022. With the support of the theoretical framework that allowed us to support the study variables. The research approach was quantitative in nature in view that a numerical analysis was performed, under a type of documentary bibliographic research because information was acquired from official sources and descriptive research was used with a non-experimental design, temporal delimitation, which were of essential support for the development of this work. The main results of the study were obtained from sources provided by the financial unit of Hospital General de Latacunga, and it is concluded that effectively the budget execution has presented acceptable levels of efficiency, having an execution of 98.13% with the codified values; however, it maintained an execution of 47.37% with the planned values in the POA, obtaining a gap of 50.76% in relation to the planned values with the accrued ones.
