Descripción
Summary:The construction industry in general, requires a budget that must be analyzed from the technical and economic point of view, requiring professionals capable of formulating this type of report that includes the detailed cost analysis of each process, item, stage and schedule prior to the construction of a work. Therefore, there is a need for a system that achieves all the processes described included in a single more didactic procedure, for which a system is developed that allows the interaction between technical and economic aspects to obtain the cost of the execution. of an activety within a work, through the application of a mathematical model that estimates the cost per unit of measure (APU) to finally obtain an economic analysis. This system is carried out through the use of Excel as storage for the database and the programming language of Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), allowing the generation of a practical interface for the system as well as free access. For the validation and reliability of the system, a verification of the same is carried out through the application of a real work that consists of the (Electrical installation for a Campo Alegre complex which acquires a cost of 37,831.56 US dollars), obtaining satisfactory results with a minimum percentage of error, allowing the professional electromechanical technician to have a safe and reliable tool, in the same way it benefits small, medium, large entrepreneurs and contractors who work in various fields because this system is multifunctional.
