La actividad de vinculación de grado y posgrado en la carrera de Educación Básica de la Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi.

“Cotopaxi Technical University” is the ideal place in which the study problem was identified in relation to the Degree and Postgraduate vinculacion activity in the Basic Education Career, and to understand the real conditions that teachers and students have in the academic formative process and community participation. For this reason, the objective of the research is to diagnose how to relate the vinculacion activity of degree and postgraduate through the collection and analysis of information to supports the research in the Basic Education Career of the “Cotopaxi Technical University”, of Latacunga city during the academic year 2017 - 2018. The research problem was set to establish how the vinculacion activity degree and postgraduate in the career of Basic Education of the "Technical University of Cotopaxi"?, it was necessary to select the methodology and techniques such as observation and interviews to identify factors that influence the activity and contribute to the collection of accurate data that properly carry out the processes of the bonding activity. As well as failures and difficulties was identified, that prevent achieving excellence in higher education. For this reason, the research project aims to generate the search for alternatives that give continuity to the processes of the vinculacion activity in degree and postgraduate courses as part of the professional training of the students, being a positive contribution that allows contributing to society with professionals capable of solving problems and taking on challenges.
