Sumario:Basic necessities are a factor of demand within the country's economic system. The objective of our project is to develop a Business Plan that guides market expansion to attract and satisfaction of the needs of potential customers of the Garcés Shopping Center in the City of Ambato. At present the influx of customers within the company is very high due to the high variety of quality products and prices, to determine the feasibility we use the applied, experimental, descriptive, mixed methodology to investigate the internal and external context, allowing to have inputs that facilitate decision making in the design of business strategies. The collection of information was carried out through surveys applied to the area Simon Bolivar of the city Ambato in order to show the preference of consumers. Based on the financial study, it was possible to demonstrate that the business plan is feasible because the profitability indicators are favorable for the Garcés supermarket: TIR of 30,4%, VAN of $117.638,73 USD ratio C/B 1,5.
