Περιγραφή
Περίληψη:The present investigation was carried out in the Latacunga canton in two vegetable-producing localities with different conventional productive systems in San Buenaventura and organic in Salache with an altitude of 2700 to 2770 meters above sea level respectively, and aimed to identify bacterial communities and functional groups of the rhizosphere. Of the cultivars present in these, where an analysis was carried out. For bacterial identification, it was carried out by 16S rRNA sequencing in soil, using third-generation sequencing using nanopores (Oxford Nanopore Technologies) For the determination of different functional groups, the methodology of (Bernal, 2014) was used, where we can observe that it uses culture media such as; Nutrient Agar (Total Microbiota), Rose Bengal (Total Fungal Population), Ramos Callao Agar (Phosphorus solubilizers), King's B (Pseudomonas), Soil Extract Agar (Cellulite Bacteria), Watanabe (Nitrogen Fixers) and Agar Casein (Actinomycetes).. And to know the state of soil composition, a physicochemical analysis was carried out in the Eurofinsagro laboratory, comparing the two locations.
