| description | The experience of the research regarding bovine health leaves as a contribution of deep work initiative and knowledge to both small and large farmers as teachers and students of the Technical University of Cotopaxi. The diagnosis of Leucosis was made El Triunfo, with some members of the breeders association and small farmers El Triunfo in Pastaza through the serological procedure, antibody detention in ELISA of 200 blood samples from cattle classified as cows production, dry cows, vaconas, bellies, vaconas stockings, calves bulls, and reproducers all spread over several farms the same that are affiliated with the association. Within the research plan was made the socialization of the same to the farms owners, access and globally know the productive and reproductive irregularities suffered by their animals, in addition to addressing issues such as biosecurity to follow within livestock farms in Ecuador with a higher prevalence of diseases in the years 2010 to 2015 with a percentage that varies the foci of infection Brucellosis33% Bovine Infectious Rhinotracheitis 13% to 30%, Enzootic Bovine Leukosis 19% Bovine Viral Diarrhea 23% Leptospirosis with 28%. The bovine population of El Triunfo is not active to positive of Leucosis in the Enzyme-immunoassay test (ELISA test), it contains the form to guide the breeders of the disease with the results of laboratory that gives with a positive 0.3% and the 1,97% negative, obtaining 3 positives and 197 negatives to the presence of bovine leucosis, concluding that the causes of placental retention, infertility and low milk production, shown by the breeders assume other causes. For this reason it is considered to obtain future studies of the different infectious and reproductive diseases that disturb the bovine cattle of the investigated area. |

For this reason it is considered to obtain future studies of the different infectious and reproductive diseases that disturb the bovine cattle of the investigated area.
