Etiketa erantsi | Gaia: | The Research Program of Work Accident ensures an effective control of working conditions in order to prevent the repetition of the accidents. Accidents and injuries related to them are a problem in the workplace, which affects the quality of life of those affected and their environment, decreasing productivity, increasing absenteeism reflected in accident costs. For that reason, the company must have a research program, to establish a useful tool for studied of the accidents. This will systematically identify the causal analysis, in order to achieve corrective and preventive action. In the operationalization of the variable has dimensioned: Work Accidents and Incidents, and Resolution No. C.D. 333. The program included the following stages: data collection, reporting the accident, the accident record, accident investigation, determine causes, implementing corrective measures, preparation of report, rating the accident and cost of accidents. The Experts consulted were: Ing. MSc. Danny Vejar, Ing. MSc. Manuel Torres, Ing. MSc. Antonio Coronel. The theorist foundation considers the definition of work accidents and incidents, and investigation of work accidents. |
