| Итог: | The objective of this research work was to "contribute to reducing of the high rate of digital illiteracy to ensure the teaching service in the Monseñor Leónidas Proaño high school of Pujilí city during the school year 2014-2015." The investigated problem was: How digital illiteracy affects the teacher performance? The methods that were used are: the inductive allowed to know the reality into the educational process allowing to have a clear view of this problem; the synthetic-analytical in the theoretical foundation , as it could analyze general ideas and then rebuild in a more relevant concept. The conclusions reached through the data collection were: teachers don´t use technology resources so they sometimes use TICs in their classes, they haven´t received training and also they continue to use traditional teaching tools. The proposal put forward is the alternative of solution through virtual courses and with an interactive CD that are needed to improve the teacher´s performance. |
