Zusammenfassung: | The National Development Plan through objective 5 seeks to "Promote productivity and competitiveness for sustainable economic growth in a redistributive and supportive manner" in which it mentions articulating research with the productive sector, promoting productivity, competitiveness and quality of national products. , with a focus on satisfying national and export demand. Despite the ravages caused by the Covid 19 pandemic and according to data from [1], Ecuador is the third country that produces and exports flowers the most worldwide. The study of working times and methods in the organization TESSA ROSES SA will allow a systematic analysis and identification of possible problems that arise in the initial production process, determining the level of production, the selection of the best methods, production processes, tools, special equipment and techniques to increase the level of production. With the work study in the post-harvest process, it will be possible to meet the organization's demand, which is 96,000 stems per day or 3,840 bunches per day. Through direct observation and timing, it will be possible to establish the exact time in which said task is executed, allowing the improvement of the work method of the operators with a standard time for each activity. It also seeks to determine the efficiency of the workers taking into account the working conditions, performance factors and supplements under which the staff operate, thus improving the initial production system. This research is of great importance since it will result in the reduction or elimination of unproductive times and inefficient movements in the operations carried out during the post-harvest process, it will reduce the effort of the operators in carrying out their activities and will promote plans for the improvement of productivity performance, thus optimizing the production processes, eliminating the deficit in certain seasons and delays in the production order, in order to maintain a margin of compliance with customers. |
