الملخص:This research refers to the development of an Integral Management of Solid Waste Manual for the Associated Environmental Complex; in the on-site visit of the study area, the collection of data carried out during ten months, it was developed using the road map sheet where we took 40 samples in the urban area that result in 2723.01 Kg/month, in the same way in the rural area 30 sampling points taken, where 2385.24 Kg/month of each type of waste was obtained, in the same way, 30 points 2600.51 Kg/month were registered in the plazas and markets of Pujilí, after this process, it was evident that solid waste must be separated from the source or origin. After having collected the results, a database was built where the types of the material identified and classified into six groups; these are R. Metallic, R. Glass, R. Plastic, R. Paper and Cardboard, R. Organic, and General. When classifying and carrying out the weighing in the urban zone of the canton, a value higher than 1512.63 kg equivalent to 55.55% was obtained in the general solid waste, in the rural zone, it was also evident that the organic waste had a value of 1176.48 Kg equivalent to 49.26%. In terms of plazas and markets a result of 1562.92 kg equivalent to 60.08% in organic waste, that was identified correctly, with the help of the Census 2010 the number of inhabitants was taken, and in this way, the Per-Capita Production could be determined, We obtained a value of 111,689 kg that was generated by the three zones and with an average of 37,229 kg/day per inhabitant. Finally, having developed the activities, we efficiently used the Current Environmental Regulations of our country.
