The human rights are a historical building, so; they are not a constitutive matter in the nature but they are a the result of a human action in the time. Thesis student had considered the importance about people functionality as an organism that has to prevail the human rights in Ecuador; It permits to analyze if it meets with a big responsability given by the country in defense of Ecuadorian interests that live inside and outside the country. The Human Rights don’t have to understand like a contribution so they will be understood as a historical building for different groups, actors, national and international institutions. These rights have been reflected in a legal corpus like treated, pacts, conventions and declarations with the cabal purpose by the state into the citizens, and they have to be a complete exercise of them. |
